Warranty Information

Trees and Shrubs

We warranty the survival of trees and shrubs that we install for 90-days from date of install, provided that proper after care including watering and fertilization is provided by the customer following plant installation. This warranty is limited to a one-time replacement of the tree or shrub. We encourage customers to contact us as early as possible at the first sight of decline.

Exclusions:

  • Natural Disasters: Storms, freezes, drought, fire, theft, and other natural disasters
  • Improper care: Overwatering, underwatering, disease, insect infestation, and other issues resulting from improper maintenance
  • Vandalism or negligence: Damage caused by animals, vandalism, or other negligent acts
  • Transplanted plants: We do not warranty transplanted material
  • Specific plant types: Potted plants, annuals, tropicals, fruit trees, herbs, vegetables, or vines

 

Sod

We warranty sod installation and workmanship for 30-days from date of install, at which point the sod should be well rooted and established, provided that the customer adheres to following post installation care requirements; turf must be adequately irrigated and treated with a starter fertilizer, along with insecticide and fungicide within one week of installation. This warranty is limited to a one-time replacement of sod that does not root or establish properly due to installation issues or issues caused by defective sod material (if identified and reported within the warranty period). If the issue is covered, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the affected sod at no additional cost.

  • Natural Disasters: Storms, freezes, drought, fire, theft, settling, erosion, and other natural disasters
  • Improper care: Improper watering, fertilization, or maintenance or damage due to pests or disease
  • Vandalism or negligence: Damage caused by animals, heavy foot traffic, heavy equipment including lawn equipment, vandalism, or other negligent acts

 

Irrigation

Our irrigation warranty covers workmanship and materials related to the installation of your new irrigation system for a period of 1-year following installation. During this period we will address issues stemming from installation defects or faulty components related to sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and piping.

What is covered:

  • Defects in workmanship related to the installation of sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and piping
  • Malfunctioning or leaking components due to improper installation
  • Faulty parts supplied to us that are under manufacturer warranty. Some material warranties extend beyond one year. In this case, the part will be replaced free of charge, however our prevailing labor rates will apply.

Exclusions

  • Natural Disasters: Storms, freezes, fire, power surges, and other natural disasters
  • Improper care: Improper operation, maintenance, or neglect, components damaged by mineral buildup, clogging from debris, or improper water quality
  • Accidents, Vandalism or negligence: Damage caused by animals, heavy equipment, foot traffic vandalism, or other negligent acts
